The official opening of a representative office, which took place in Minsk 21st September, marks a new area in this cooperation. More than 50 representatives from both countries participated at the event. Mr Dettmar, Germany’s Deputy Ambassador stressed the importance of lifelong learning for a European Belarus.
Vocational education, training concepts and networking for adult educator, history learning and lobbying will be the main activities of the new office.
