By the social care of children and adolescents, through community and district centers and by offering workshops on health care, political and cultural activities the social structures are being changed positively. It is an important goal to shape persons in such a way that they take on responsibility for themselves, their fellow men and the environment.
 
In India especially women can build up an existence with the aid of small loans, by which they can feed their families and get an education for their children.
 
In the contaminated areas of the Kolar Gold Fields in Southern India a Center for Vocational Training is opening up new perspectives against mass unemployment after the gold mines closed down.
